A short but very effective stay. Room, service and breakfast were good. Didn't get the chance to explore the area but it looked like you need a car / taxi going anywhere apart from the beach.

Great value for money, liesure and buisness hotel overlooking the arabian gulf, very close from the oil and gas area, 15minutes to the airport, luxury rooms, free wifi, very rich breakfast, huge garden and nice beach, friendly staff very attentive and cooperative, you feel home away from home. Try the KUwaiti restaurantbAl ROshinah, it is very good restaurant. I felt secured and pampered. Great staff and service.

A good experience in Kuwait

This hotel is located a little further from the center but its location fit my purpose very well. There are three restaurants (OK quality). The selection at the breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are not huge but well equipped. The beda are super large... super king-size. I wouldn't rush there with the family but for business is just fine

We spent a night at the hotel, celebrating my wife's birthday. Originally, we booked the Junior Suite... Upon arrival and at the reception, Maricel greeted us warmly. When we mentioned to her that we were celebrating my wife's birthday, she upgraded us to the Executive Suite! Such a nice gesture from her! We had a very pleasant stay and our bed was really comfy. The suite was spacious and well-kept.

I was pleasantly surprised - the staff was attentive, polite and accommodating - the lobby is beautiful - the room was large, very clean and modern thought not top shelf it was excellent overall. I stayed in the adjoining building where the hallways were a bit worn but not an issue. The morning buffet was 5-star quality and was available from 6am-11:30am which provides a great deal of flexibility. The hotel picked me up the morning of my arrival and dropped me at the airport upon departure - a fantastic complimentary service. The only issue is the construction behind the hotel is somewhat unsightly but realistically there was no noise or practical problems at all. Overall the Safir Fintas Kuwait is an excellent choice and highly recommended.

Room was ok. There are 4 of us and they put us in a room with 2 double beds. That's a really tight fit. Most of the staff was great, but one woman at the front desk was extremely rude when we asked about the pool and beach. The music from an event was ridiculously loud. Drums, late until the night. When we called the front desk about it, they couldn't hear us due to the music. Then the next morning when we said something about it, they laughed. Sorry, we pay for a hotel to sleep... we didn't find it funny. Also the beach is dirty Sad that they don't have the staff cleaning up all the trash.
