Down the block from Kyoto Station, this is a great hotel to stay at to explore Kyoto and the surrounding areas. Next door is the Annie Hall Bar - a whisky tasting bar - that is to die for.

I feel breakfast could be better, some of the food cold,had tto heat it up in the laundry as only microwave,they also have 2 washer dryers they need a few more for the size of the hotel, first room small was able to upgrade at a price to a slightly biger room, but the hotel was lovely clean modern and very friedly helpful staff, close to all touristy stuff, loved our stay there.

The property is very close to Kyoto train station , 5 minutes walk. The station has an underground shopping and dining mall. Convenience stores are also very close by. The rooms are compact, but clean with all amenities, robes, etc. Breakfast is was fresh and hot , a mixture of Japanese with some breads, butter and jams and fruits.
