We had an incredible stay at the Cross Hotel Kyoto. We had the Deluxe Corner King Room which was very spacious and had a wonderful view across the valley. Location was great, breakfast was delicious (lots of options), and the hotel was great.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Cross Hotel Kyoto. Our room was roomy for two, very clean and very quiet. However, the convenient power sockets located on the bed's headboard got in the way of the pillows when you have your device's charger plugged in. The hotel location was perfect with Sanjo Meitengai just across the street and plenty of shops and restaurants within steps of the hotel. Amenities were great and the staff were happy to provide anything else that was needed. We enjoyed the breakfast, although my wife wished there were more Japanese options, especially dashi for the rice. The staff at Cross Hotel Kyoto were exceptional. I would like to mention Haruna, who very graciously handled my requests to simultaneous refund remaining nights for a shortened stay and at the same time, we needed to stay an extra night due to our outbound flight delay. After this experience, we are very likely to choose the Cross Hotel again the next time we visit Kyoto.すべてに感謝します!

The hotel staff was extremely professional and the hotel itself was lovely. The restaurant next door had a rude gentleman that was managing the door/reservations. Otherwise, I loved the hotel and will definitely book this hotel again when I return!!
