Wonderful staff and location, large rooms and bathroom. Only odd aspect is no dinner or bar service ( even though a beautiful bar in the dining room). Need thicker towels too, but glad we stayed.

Great location for cherry blossom viewing. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection and plenty of seating. Staff was very helpful. Housekeeping service very good. We shipped our luggage from Kyoto to Tokyo and the front desk staff took care of everything for us. Staff was always available to help with directions or ordering a taxi for us.
