Great location and super convenient for getting around. The shopping mall and tram station are both within walking distance, which made traveling really easy. Having a 7-Eleven right downstairs was a huge plus — perfect for late-night snacks or quick meals. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Staff were very friendly and all were able to communicate in English fluently. They also helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel destination (we used K-Rise luggage delivery service. We had the deluxe room with Tatami area for 3 adults. The room is spacious but it didn’t have a window which we are not used to. We were on the second floor so we woke up to the noise of people walking late at night. The hotel has a laundry room and is in a great location walking distance to restaurants and stores.
