I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were all extremely helpful, and while I know I am in a foreign country, they all spoke English which was so helpful. They helped me organize and ship my bags for the rest of my travels in Japan, and they had answers to all of my questions. I used the bath house every night I was there, and that was a fun experience. My room was clean, and the bathroom was great. My only negative remark is that the windows are frosted glass, which seems to be common here in Japan. It sort of makes you feel less connected with the world when you are in your room, but since I am traveling, I am not in the room most of the time anyways. They had great food recommendations and they can even help you schedule reservations! Great stay!
