This ryokan is a must stay! Breakfast is incredible, with options between Japanese-style and Western-style. Multiple local drinks made in Kyoto are included with your room, and the service from staff cannot be beat. Our stay was highly personable. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and deeply enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Daichi-san, Roy-san and Kai-san!

This is the nicest stay my fiance and I have ever had. The design of the rooms, the secluded street that forms part of the premises, the attention to delicate lighting, the private onsen, the fabulous culinary experience for dinner and breakfast (make sure to choose the Japanese option for a full immersive experience in the beauty of the food there), and importantly, the special attentions of the staff, their care and professionalism: all of it is perfect. Extra: lovely complimentary offerings such as a diverse beverage offer, late night snack, available relaxation room with more snacks and beverages at your disposal. All of it makes the stay magical.
