It includes a living room with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite shower room, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet. Amenities include a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, television, and free Wi-Fi. There is a patio, an enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and four sun loungers. Street parking is available (parking in front of the garage is prohibited). Pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of €108 is available for an additional charge.
