Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 75 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view for rent in L'Île-Rousse, just a 3-minute walk from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with balcony
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A 6m² balcony, accessible from the kitchen
- A 5m² balcony accessible from the first bedroom
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in very pleasant surroundings, 100 meters from the shops. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Jet skiing, sailing, boating, paddle, visits to Ile Rousse and the whole Balagne region, the Agriates desert...
Transportation:
- You can park directly in the apartment's private outdoor parking lot.
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport (23 km)

- Pets are not allowed in the apartment
