This beautiful apartment is located in front of the sea in an old fisherman's house.
The three bright bedrooms are on two floors and the large terrace with a wonderful view of the sea.
The apartment is fitted with air conditioning, a high-tech kitchen with a steam oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an espresso machine. A washing machine and dryer is also available, as well as sat channel equipment for French and foreign channels. Here you will find peace but you are also immediately in the streets of the bustling city with its cafes, restaurants and shops. Everything to spend a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

Stylisches Appartement mit problematischer Parksituation
Das Appartment ist sehr schön und modern und ist mit sehr hochwertigen GerĂ€ten ausgestattet. Zum Essen und Kochen war alles reichlich vorhanden. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr leise. Klimaanlage ist zwar etwas laut, funktioniert aber perfekt fĂŒr angenehme Temperaturen beim Schlaf. BĂ€cker, Metzger und viele gute Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte in direkter Umgebung. Traumhafter Strand nur 5min vom Haus. Es gibt nur einen Nachteil den man nicht verschweigen sollte. Alle groĂen ParkplĂ€tze in der NĂ€he sind kostenpflichtig (19âŹ/Tag!). Kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze nur am Hafen beim Genuaer Turm. Von dort lĂ€uft man aber 15 min zum Haus. Nur zwei Mal in einer Woche ist es uns gelungen einen kostenlosen Platz an der StraĂe in der Stadt in der NĂ€he des Hauses zu ergattern. Dazu muss man aber GlĂŒck haben. Betreuung vor Ort spricht leider kein englisch oder Deutsch, am besten alles vorab mit der Vermieterin klĂ€ren die gutes Deutsch spricht.

TrĂšs bel appartement, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, avec une vue incroyable et Ă quelques mĂštres de la plage. Seul inconvĂ©nient la rue d'accĂšs est piĂ©tonne ce qui complique les opĂ©rations de chargement et dĂ©chargement (bagages , coursesâŠ)

Die Lage machst!
Voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, saubere Wohnung, ordentliche Betten und auch besonderen Flair haben wir in vielen Mietobjekten dieser Preisklasse vorgefunden. Die Besonderheit dieses Objektes ist seine Lage. Wer gerne mitten im Leben ist ohne gleich dem Trubel ausgesetzt zu sein wird sich hier sicher wohl fĂŒhlen. Boulangerie, Markt, Restaurants und auch Bars sind direkt um die Ecke oder innerhalb weniger Minuten zu FuĂ zu erreichen. Wir empfanden dieses Leben als sehr erholsam und können die Wohnung daher nur weiterempfehlen.
