Fabulous views.

The owner and the manager were really great. The location is unbeatable with a view of all sides of the bay. The only suggestion that we would make is that the bed is not king size as per the vrbo description and it would be more comfortable if it had a mattress cover. Great service from the property manager.

Traumwohnung an sensationeller Lage

Die Wohnung ist absolut genial, hat eine sensationelle Aussicht und die Lage ist hervorragend. FĂŒr das Check-In sind zwingend sehr gute Französisch-Kenntnisse Voraussetzungen. Es wĂ€re hilfreich, wenn man ein Schreiben mit allen Info im Voraus erhalten wĂŒrde. Auch wĂ€re eine Checkliste mit allen Infos fĂŒr die Wohnung (Welan-Code, etc.) zwingend. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist VerbesserungsfĂ€hig ( SchrĂ€nke und abgestandenes, schlecht riechendes Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine). Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung in welcher wir jederzeit gerne unseren Urlaub verbringen wĂŒrden.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Apartment ist durch die großen Fenster sehr schön hell. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Der Markt, die Restaurants und die Einkaufsstraße sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin kĂŒmmert sich perfekt und fragt nach ob alles in Ordnung ist. Petite déception

L’appartement est extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© : Ă  proximitĂ© du marchĂ© (5 minutes Ă  pied) et des plages (1 minute Ă  pied). Vue extraordinaire sur toute la plage de la Baule. L’hĂŽte est trĂšs agrĂ©able et disponible et la personne sur place trĂšs gentille aussi. Seuls bĂ©mols : la literie n’est pas bonne. Elles taies d’oreiller sont sales (aurĂ©oles jaunes), les tailles de lits ne sont pas grandes du tout : le grand lit fait 150 ou 140 ? Et les lits individuels ne font pas 90 de large mais bien plus petits. TrĂšs cher pour les prestations.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Baule ma mÚre et moi. L'appartement a repondu parfaitement à nos attentes, en tout point fidÚle aux descriptions faites dans l'annonce. Appartement à l'arrivée d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieux, moderne et confortable... Une vue splendide depuis le grand balcon sur la baie et à deux pas à pied du marché et des commerces ! On ne regrette pas notre choix. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa bienveillance !

Tout d’abord j’aimerai souligner l’excellente communication avec la propriĂ©taire qui s’est montrĂ©e extrĂȘmement disponible et rĂ©active . La personne qui nous transmettait les clefs etc est Ă©galement trĂšs trĂšs gentille et aidante. L’appartement est magnifiquement bien situĂ© , face mer , et quelques encablures de l’avenue de Gaulle. Il possĂšde une terrasse vraiment incroyable ! La vue est absolument epoustouflante , table avec chaises et des transats trĂšs agrĂ©able. L’appartement est trĂšs bien agencĂ© et vraiment lumineux. Il n’y a rien Ă  redire tout Ă©tait parfait !

La vue est magnifique , la situation est idéale à 5 min du marché ouvert tous les jours . et de la rue commerçante . Nous avons profité des promenades à pied , à vélo . Nous sommes allés également au Croisic . Le tout sous le soleil !! Attention , le maximum est 4 adultes , le canapé dans le salon n'est ni pratique ni confortable .

L'appartement est trÚs agréable, spacieux, confortable, bien équipé, propre avec un superbe vue mer.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© face Ă  la mer, mais aussi prĂšs du trĂšs beau marchĂ© et proche du centre ville. Il nous offre un dĂ©gagement sur la mer quelque soit les piĂšces oĂč nous nous trouvons, mais le top Ă©tant dans le sĂ©jour, remarquable! La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs accueillante et disponible. Nous comptons y revenir en juillet s'il reste de la disponibilitĂ©. Je vous le recommande

Herrliche Aussicht!

Das Apartement wĂŒrden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Die EigentĂŒmerin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gut erklĂ€rt. Zudem ist sie im Vorfeld auf alle unsere WĂŒnsche und Fragen eingegangen. Das wird wohl eher selten sein bei anderen Vermietern. Kommunikation ist aber nur auf französisch. Mit 3 Erwachsenen hatten wir reichlich Platz und somit das 3. Schlafzimmer zu einem Ankleidezimmer umfunktioniert. ;-) Hervorragend ist der riesige Balkon, der genĂŒgend Schutz vor Sonne und Wind bietet. Den Balkon haben wir wirklich sehr viel genutzt. Und zum allabendliche Gute-Nacht-Wein hat man DAS angesagte Strandrestaurant "Nossy Bee" im Blick und man kann herrlich Leute beobachten. :-) Die Wohnung ist mit allem KĂŒchenbedarf ausgestattet und die Wohnung wurde von uns im sauberen Zustand ĂŒbernommen. Ggf. sollte man zu Urlaubsbeginn Besteck oder Tassen, GlĂ€ser etc. selbst durchspĂŒlen. Ein oder zwei kleinere Wermutstropfen gibt es auch, wie z.B. ein Balkontisch, der fast auseinanderfĂ€llt, oder ein KĂŒhlschrank in der KĂŒche, der auch schon bessere Tage gesehen hatte, der aber bestes funktioniert. Die TV GerĂ€te haben wir auch nicht ans Laufen bekommen, aber die haben uns eh nicht interessiert - wir hatten ja unseren Balkon zum Kieken. ;-) Das WLAN hat super stark funktioniert. Die ganze Anlage wird tĂ€glich von der Hausmeisterin super sauber gehalten - vom Treppenhaus, Aufzug bis zu den ParkplĂ€tzen. Die Tiefgarage ist Gold wert, eben weil zum Wochenende oder Feiertagen kaum freie ParkplĂ€tze in der Gegend zu finden sind. Außerdem steht das Vehikel dort sicher, was vielleicht nicht ganz unangebracht ist, obwohl die Gegend doch sehr sicher erscheint. Wer Ruhe sucht und nur das Meer rauschen hören möchte, der ist vielleicht bei dieser Adresse nicht ganz richtig, eben weil der trubelige Strandboulevard genau unterhalb des Balkons schon eine gehörige GerĂ€uschkulisse tagsĂŒber und in den Abendstunden liefert. Wer aber einen guten Schlaf hat, den wird das nicht stören, zumal es ja auch 2 Schlafzimmer gibt, die seitlich und ein wenig ruhiger liegen. Und es ist ein Unterschied zwischen Wochenende und Tage in der Woche, die dann wieder beschaulicher sind. Die Betten sind ĂŒbrigens sehr bequem und mit neuwertigen Matratzen ausgestattet. Also jederzeit wieder und wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

À vos riques et pĂ©rils

L’appartement est louĂ© par une dame habitant Paris qui ne s’en occupe pas sauf pour percevoir les loyers. Accueil catastrophique. L’employĂ© de la propriĂ©taire devait nous recevoir, mais il me dĂ©clare au tĂ©lĂ©phone qu’il sera ailleurs et me donne le code de l’immeuble. Code erronĂ©. Nous attendons une bonne demi heure dans la rue qu’un voisin ne sorte. Nous sommes Ă©puisĂ©s par la chaleur, surtout les enfants. L’employĂ© a coupĂ© son tĂ©lĂ©phone et il ne me rappelle que deux heures plus tard. L’appartement n’est pas entretenu et il se dĂ©labre. Le tiroir du lecteur de DVD a Ă©tĂ© arrachĂ©. Mes filles, qui avaient apportĂ© leurs films prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s, sont amĂšrement déçues. Grosses larmes. Le descriptif sur Abritel promettait pourtant un lecteur de DVD ? Le lavabo de la salle de bain est fendu sur toute sa largeur. Le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur est vieux et poussif. En le rĂ©glant au maximum, le beurre est juste assez mou pour s’étaler facilement sur nos tartines. Attention Ă  la poignĂ©e. Elle se dĂ©sagrĂšge. Il y a surtout que ce pauvre frigo est dĂ©goĂ»tant. Les joints de portes sont couverts de grosses plaques noirĂątres et verdĂątres. Tout le monde n’aimera pas, mais les microbes adorent. Le sĂšche-linge est parfait si vous avez deux slips et trois chaussettes. Au-delĂ , accrochez vos chemises sur le balcon. Les passants dans la rue se croiront Ă  Naples. Il n’y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et il fait glacial. Prenez votre douche avec un gros pull-over. Un des tiroirs de la cuisine est complĂštement cassĂ©. Si l’on parvient Ă  l’ouvrir, il bloque son voisin qui contient les couverts. Passez-vous en. Mangez avec les doigts. Vos enfants se croiront au MacDo. À la diffĂ©rence de nombreux propriĂ©taires d’Abritel, notre logeuse ne fournit rien (savon, petit cadeau d’accueil, etc.), Ă  l’exception de cinq rouleaux de papier hygiĂ©nique. Cette attention nous a beaucoup touchĂ©s. Le linge (deux petites serviettes) est facturĂ© par personne. Il n’y avait pas de taies sur les oreillers d’un lit. J’ai envoyĂ© Ă  cette dame un mail de protestation le soir de notre arrivĂ©e. Elle n'a rĂ©agi que six jours aprĂšs. Pour parler argent. Comme j’ai insistĂ© et expĂ©diĂ© un nouveau mail, elle a fini par rĂ©pondre que, pour le problĂšme du code, elle l’a « dit » Ă  son employĂ©. (Dit quoi ? Il le savait dĂ©jà
) Quant au lecteur de DVD, elle m’a expliquĂ© qu’elle allait en faire acheter un autre aprĂšs notre dĂ©part. Cette remarque montre un savoir-vivre exquis et un humour qui surpasse celui de Lewis Carroll.

KĂŒche komplett einsgerichtet,aber Inhalt nicht sauber .(--).Unserer Erfahrung nach oft so in Ferien-Wohnungen.Unterschiedliche MatratzenhĂ€rte der (neuen ) Matratzen (++)Bad und Dusch ok, separates Wc(+). Wer bei geöffnetem Fenster schlĂ€ft,muss LautstĂ€rke v der Uferstrasse hinnehmen. Mit diesen EinschrĂ€nkungen empfehlbar. Hauseingang sehr sauber,Treppenhaus roch muffig, ggf durch allg. Feuchtigkeit(?)

TrĂšs bel appartement avec une vue panoramique magnifique

C'est un trÚs bel appartement, trÚs agréable à vivre, bien placé avec une vue panoramique sur toute la baie de La Baule. Le monsieur qui nous a remis les clés, est trÚs acceuillant, conviviale et serviable. Tout cela concoure à nous faire passer un excellent séjour.
