The accommodation:
For your holidays, we offer this charming, air-conditioned villa, ideal for a vacation with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you will find a large and beautiful, very bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace and its barbecue area.

Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms, a shower room, and a bathroom.

The first bedroom is very bright thanks to its terrace and is furnished with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm). There are two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed (both of which can be converted into a double bed, 140 cm), ideal for children!

Just steps from the first three bedrooms, you will find a very spacious shower room equipped with a double vanity.

Finally, a third bedroom awaits you, equipped with another king-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a generously sized bathtub.

Outside, you'll find a large terrace furnished with several sun loungers, a table in a shaded area for al fresco dining, and a large swimming pool. Don't worry, access to the pool is secured by a barrier!

Parking: Two vehicles can be parked tandem in the garden.

Amenities: An outdoor barbecue, microwave, refrigerator, large freezer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are provided; sufficient crockery and cooking utensils are available for 8 people. A washing machine is also provided.

The surroundings:
La Cadière d’Azur, located in the southwest of the Var department, very close to the Mediterranean Sea, is a charming hilltop Provençal village that has retained all its authenticity. Its panoramic views offer a glimpse of the lush countryside of the Paluns plain under a clear blue sky, with the Sainte Baume mountain range and the bay of Saint-Cyr-La Ciotat visible in the distance.

Sheets and bath towels: Available as an optional extra for a fee (price upon request).

Cleaning: This is included in your reservation, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection: A credit card imprint will be taken at the agency reception.

The amount is equal to one week's rental.
