Located in the commune of La Chaudière, at the foot of the Trois Becs mountains, at an altitude of 870 m, this 95 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 7 people. You will find a spacious living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, as well as a large, well-equipped kitchen with a wood stove. The house has three large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Each room is equipped with electric radiators with thermostats.



The living room and kitchen open onto a large private terrace offering breathtaking views of the Trois Becs massif.



The holiday home is set in nature, in a 17th-century Provençal stone farmhouse. The family property extends over 28 hectares. The farmhouse includes two holiday homes separated by a large inner courtyard, accommodating up to 15 people for family or group stays.



Parking is available on site. Pets are allowed. Private events are permitted.



The farmhouse is located at the junction between the Drôme valley and the Drôme Provençale, ensuring peace and quiet just 370 metres from the village. You are 10 km from Saillans and the Drôme river, 20 km from Crest, 30 km from Die, and 16 km from Bourdeaux. The location offers excellent hiking opportunities starting from the property, as well as remarkable climbing sites. The farmhouse is close to the Saoû forest and its perched syncline.
