Location was excellent! That was the best part for what we needed! Hotel just run down and needs basic improvements. For instance, the ceiling tiles that are cracked and falling or even the garbage left by guests in the hallway stayed there for two days. Took awhile to check in as the attendant on duty was not behind the desk.

Staff was great and the stay overall was nice. Only complaint is our door wouldn’t open, and our hand soap was empty. Not a big deal. Would def. stay again

The WIFI was a joke, it wouldn't connect half the time and when it did the signal was very weak. One of the blankets has a food stain on it as well.

Reasonably priced, great downtown location, clean room, and friendly staff. Safe place to stay in the heart of downtown La Crosse. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that it’s a little dated. I would stay again!

The bedding was very nice with high quality and immaculately clean linens. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated and even though it was a bitterly cold day, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Parking was easy and free.

Walkable to so many places. The LaCrosse center is directly across the street. Lots of restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The rotary lights is just a few minute walk.
