Convenient location to many activities & restaurants down town. Pool area closed during our stay which was a bit disappointing. Service was good, helpful at check in & housekeeping checked in during our stay. Tiles loose on bathroom floor, visible mold on shower curtain, & stcky area on carpet near work station in our room.

Hotel seems to have new owners since I last stayed and is quite run down. Rooms smelled musty. Carpet was gross. Restaurant area is closed. Pool is no longer there. Would not stay here again

Door left unlocked no key entry…just walk right in. Smelled of weed. Ballrooms all shuttered up. Bar and restaurant present but all roped off and shut down for years. 800+ for a three night stay but still charged 3 for a bottle of water. Toiletries? They were a random assortment of other hotel soaps, used McDonald’s coffee pods for the keurig, old holiday inn door hangers for privacy. All furniture was roughly used and there were smudges and wear marks eveeywhere. Bed SEEMED clean.

I thought I had left my purse behind in the room (turns out one of my sons threw it in his bag). However, when I called the front desk trying to locate my purse, the staff member put me on hold and instantly ran to the room to try to retrieve it. Of course, it wasn't there, but I was amazed by their commitment to alleviate my nerves. All of my interactions with the staff were wonderful. They were always kind and attentive.

Hot water availability could be improved. Checkout procedure unclear. Nobody at desk on checkout day, even after ringing bell 3 times...left keys and hoped all was well. Sad that the lobby bar/restaurant was not operating. Location is excellent.

I feel as though the owners of this hotel might be new to the hotel business. The hotel was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The other guests were quiet, respectful, etc. The location was fantastic if you want to do “downtown” activities. Where they need to improve is the customer service. First of all, there is not always someone at the front desk. The employees were kind and helpful, but sometimes they just weren’t available. Also, if you call and no one is there, the phone just rings and rings; there is no voicemail system. This was problematic for us on two occasions when we really needed assistance with something. Also: our hand soap AND body wash dispensers were empty. When I asked for refills, I was given refills, but this should have been unnecessary. When housekeeping cleans the rooms, they should always check to see if dispensers are low on products. Also, there were no pillows or blankets for the pullout bed. I had to get pillows from the front desk (which took a while because the desk was not being manned). So, the hotel is fine, but the managers really do need to manage these service issues.

Great location. Friendly staff.

Check-in was smooth & easy; the gentlemen up front was quick & helpful. He informed me about parking (available but limited). There were, unfortunately, noisy guests on my floor who were slamming doors around midnight, going in and out of their rooms. I phoned the front desk and the gentlemen informed me they had just checked in. I had a very hard time getting back to sleep after such a disturbance and that really colored my stay.
