Overall this is a dated Radisson that promises that it will be refreshed soon to fix “all of our plumbing issues.” We booked two queens for my wife and I and our daughter. When we arrived we weren’t greeted, I handed the agent my DL and CC. The front desk supervisor then immediately says, “I tried calling you and left a message.” Confused, I asked, “about what?” She replied that they didn’t have two queens but instead put us into a king. This was due to 15 rooms being flooded. This would have been absolutely fine if the conversation had started differently. My daughter slept on a mattress on the floor because their last rollaway was broken. Honestly, the hotel is a nice place to stay overall, I know the front desk was stressed but a little training on tact would have changed my perception. The breakfast is fantastic, btw and the housekeeping does their best with what they have to work with.
