Kind and friendly staff. Tv didn’t work, which was annoying, but not a big deal. The bathroom wasn’t as clean upon arrival as hoped. I appreciate that they let us bring our bicycles into our room.

No customer appreciation

My room key stopped working twice and when I went to the front desk to get it recoded I felt like I was interrupting their day. They never apologized for the inconvenience and no thank you’s. I went in and out of the lobby several times, right past employees, and was never greeted or spoken to.

I mean I guess it should be no surprise given the price, but the place was in pretty poor conditions, the parking lot seemed sketchy with dudes smoking butts outside late into the night. Room smelled weird, frayed carpeting, shower curtain wouldn't stay in place so water went straight to the bathroom floor. Also breakfast was just plain bad, as in all hotels by Wyndham it seems

All good, but, uncomfortable beds, mattesses.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The mattresses were feeling like they are old and very much used and were not comfortable for our back. We couldn't sleep. Otherwise, rest everything was good. (The sheets and pillow covers were clean). The towels were clean and white. Room, restroom and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good too.
