Super !!

L'appartement est trĂšs agrĂ©able et nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. Sa localisation est vraiment idĂ©ale. Petit bĂ©mol : les murs et fenĂȘtres sont mal isolĂ©s, ce qui fait qu'on entend parfois les voisins et les bruits extĂ©rieurs.

Il aurait ete judicieux de signaler dans l annonce que l appartement etait au premier étage avec des escaliers difficiles pour une personne qui vient de se faire poser une prothÚse du genou. Manque un rideau dans la piece principale vis à vis avec le logement de l autre cÎté de la rue .la table et les fauteuils de jardin pas terrible .quant aux plaques électriques un peu obsolÚtes longues à chauffer

Studio idéal pour des vacances à 2 à l'ßle de Ré. Idéalement situé à La Flotte en Ré. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir tout faire à pieds, et d'avoir une place de parking dédiée, trÚs pratique à ce moment de l'année !

RĂ©sidence et logement extrĂȘmement bien situĂ©s, calme, bien Ă©quipĂ©s. Toutefois, la structure est vieillissante que ce soit le logement ou la rĂ©sidence. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans la mĂȘme rĂ©sidence, il y a 5 ans et les abords de la piscine Ă©tait mieux entretenue. L’hĂŽte est rĂ©active et bienveillante. Je n’ai pas compris des commentaires prĂ©cĂ©dents nĂ©gatifs notifiant qu’il n’y avait pas de produit vaisselle, papier toilette
.dans le logement. De notre cĂŽtĂ©, nous avons trouvĂ© ces Ă©lĂ©ments ainsi que des dosettes Ă  cafĂ©, huile, poivre, sel
..ce qui est apprĂ©ciable.

Il serait bien de préciser, sur l'annonce de la location ,de venir avec le linge de lits, serviettes de toilette, torchons... Dommage ,qu'une locataire, en résidence permanente, ne respecte pas le calme et se fiche de faire du bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin, pas vraiment sympa de sa part.Mis a part ce petit problÚme ,la location est vraiment sympathique.

Pas a la hauteur

La location est trĂšs bien situĂ©e et dans un endroit sĂ©curisĂ© pour y mettre les voitures et vĂ©los. Maintenant le nĂ©gatif. On ne nous a rĂ©pondu que 14h aprĂšs et nous Ă©tions dĂ©jĂ  en route : il n'y avait pas de draps. Pour en avoir il fallait payer 30 euros (non spĂ©cifiĂ© dans l'annonce). Une piscine : oui il y a une piscine couverte qui est non accessible (en tout cas pas Ă  notre periode) : non spĂ©cifiĂ©. Vous arrivez dans l'appartement : pas de papier toilette, pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de torchon, poubelle sans mĂȘme un seul sac, douche bouchĂ©e. Si vous voulez prendre deux douches de suite il faut attendre un bon quart d'heure que l'eau s'evacue du bac. Frigo trĂšs sale et douche sale Ă©galement. Je suis dĂ©solĂ©e mais je n'ai pas respectĂ© mon engagement des 30 euros (draps et serviettes. Serviettes dont nous ne nous sommes pas servies). A 100 euros la nuit je trouve dommage qu'on ne puisse pas respecter plus les vacanciers avec un peu de mĂ©nage, d'entretien et d'achat de choses rudimentaires.
