Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of shops and the sea, it can accommodate up to 5 people in a lively and typical environment of the Île de Ré.
Inside, you will discover a warm and functional living space. From the entrance, the lounge welcomes you with a comfortable corner sofa and a television, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration on the island. Just next to it, the dining area has a table to share your meals that can accommodate up to 5 people. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and fully equipped, has induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, **filter and Nespresso coffee makers**, a toaster, a kettle as well as everything you need to cook as at home.
On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
A bathroom with shower and hair dryer as well as a separate toilet complete the interior space.
The house does not have a private parking space, but you will find a paid car park nearby, the Sainte-Catherine car park.
A garage also allows secure storage of 5 bicycles, ideal for exploring the island at your own pace.
