Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.
Dog friendly (under 40 lbs only) only. Max of two dogs. No other pets allowed.
