Living & Dining: A cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen make cooking at home a joy. If the evening turns cool, there is a comfortable indoor dining area.

Climate Control: The main house features very quiet air conditioning and windows fitted with mosquito nets for a peaceful night's sleep.


/Sleeping Arrangements (Flexible Layout)

Master Bedroom: Queen bed (Matrimonial) with a private en-suite bathroom.

Second Bedroom: Comfortable Queen sofa bed. Private bathroom outside suite.

Garden Level Suite (Basement): A spacious, finished lower level with its own private entrance (lockable). Though partially below ground (5 steps down), it features windows that let in natural light. It includes an en-suite bathroom, washing machine, and luggage storage. Note: This room can be set up with two single beds OR one Queen bed—please specify your preference!

Communication: Federico (the owner's son) handles all digital communication. Please note he is currently in the GMT+7 time zone, so while he is very responsive, there might be a slight delay depending on the time of your message.

On-Site Support: Our trusted caretaker, a local Maddalenino, will meet you for check-in/check-out. He respects your privacy and will not enter during your stay unless requested, but he is available nearby to answer questions and provide local tips.

The water from the faucet is not potable. Bottled drinking water is required.

We apologize for the high cleaning fee, but those are the costs on the island. Money goes straight to the cleaners, and we have no alternatives.
