Très mauvaise expérience. Le disjoncteur a sauté dans notre chambre simplement en branchant la machine à café à 4h du matin nous privant d'électricité. Ce qui est inacceptable, c'est l'absence totale de soutien : aucune manière de communiquer avec quiconque, personne à la réception à l'ouverture prévue de 9h, et aucun retour d'appel. Résultat : une nuit inconfortable, pas de café, et notre randonnée matinale annulée faute de pouvoir nous préparer. Un manque de professionnalisme flagrant pour la gestion d'un problème technique interne. Refus de remboursement en plus.

L’hôtel est très bon: chambre confortable, e spacieuse, très propre et un personnel amical. Toutefois, ils ne font pas valoir les heures de silence puisque une gang de jeunes ont fait la fête de minuit jusqu’à 5 heures du matin. Le stationnement le matin était sale avec des canettes partout. Très mauvaise nuit pour moi et ma famille et première expérience comme ça. Partout où on séjourne quelqu’un de l’établissement agit assez vite dans des situations pareilles. Vraiment dommage.
