A combined kitchen and living room area is also located on this floor, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and includes a dining table with direct exit to the terrace. The main living and dining room completes the ground floor layout, featuring a dining table and satellite TV.
