We never saw the host. We did find our golf cart and got our instructions by email. The tv's in all bedrooms didn't work and just had static. The refrigerator was leaking the last day. We wish we had known in advance that the pool restaurant was going to be closed Monday & Tuesday. I know it was slow but even the pool was too cold to swim.It was a lovely area and we loved the breeze but a little too quiet for us.
