Please remove the sheets from each bed and leave them in the room where you took them off. Put all used towels in bathtub

Remove all trash from inside the house And take it out to main trash bins on the Side of the house outside. If your check out day is on Monday please take main bins out to the curb for trash pickup
Lastly take a last look around for any forgotten items and text host on your way out the door Please make sure door is locked when you leave.

Great Property!
We were very impressed with this property.
Shannon (owner) was very approachable and responsive to any questions/concerns we had.
The property was very clean, good appliances and the kitchen was well stocked. The heated pool was a great addition and we would highly recommend it.
Quick drive to La Quinta Old Town and great restaurants! Overall this was a great property where we would stay at again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Great House!
This house is fantastic! Good location, great layout and extremely clean! It has areas to sit in both the front (private courtyard) of the house and the back of the house so whether you are trying to avoid the sun or you want to be in the sun, there is a place for you to go. Easy access to hiking trails.
A couple little things I really love about this house:
1. The reverse osmosis, five step water filtration system that comes out of a nozzle over the sink. Long story short, the water tastes awesome and you can fill up your water bottle on the go.
2. The built in TV and comfortable couch.
3. The waterfall shower in the master.
4. The kitchen is well stocked and all the appliances are updated.
The owners were super responsive to requests and we would definitely stay here again!

Recent visit
With cooler than normal weather we spent more time indoors and we were all very comfortable. Place is new and well equipped. There is a 40 minute walk to Old Town, which was not quite as convenient as some other properties in the Cove. Hosts are approachable.

Fantastic Property
We were very impressed with everything to do with this property. The house was spotless, the kitchen fully stocked, and the property mangers got back to us right away when we had a question. The courtyard out front was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The pool provided hours of fun for the kids. Being able to walk from the house to the hiking trails in La Quinta was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the greater PS area.

Lovely home
The property was lovely, clean, well-equipped and just as pictured. Comfortable and private outdoor areas at the front and back of home. Delightful for a few days or a few weeks. Our host was responsive and very helpful.
