Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour en famille Ă  la Maison Rouge, avec notre fille et sa grand-mĂšre. L’emplacement est idĂ©al, la maison est agrĂ©able, trĂšs propre et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einem der schönsten Teile der Bretagne

Es war fast ideal, hier eine Woche Urlaub zu verbringen:Direkt in der NĂ€he beginnt der KĂŒstenwanderweg. Dinard und St. Malo sind zu Fuss oder FĂ€hre schnell zu erreichen.Leider leidet das Internet an manchen Tagen an Überlastung und deutsche FernsehkanĂ€le waren trotzSat.SchĂŒssel nicht zu erreichen. Aber trotzdem sehrempfehlenswert!

Parfait!

TrĂšs jolie maison, confortable et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. L'emplacement au calme est parfait pour pouvoir se reposer, Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ou au jardin ,et, en mĂȘme temps, tout proche de Dinard et Saint Malo. La rĂ©gion est magnifique. Marie-Anne nous a rĂ©servĂ© un trĂšs gentil accueil, avec, en prime, de charmantes attentions. Nous en sommes trĂšs touchĂ©s. Une belle et bonne adresse Ă  dĂ©couvrir!

Ein Ort der Ruhe inmitten einer tollen Ferienregion

La Richardais ist ein ruhiges Wohngebiet, Dinard ein schönes Seebad mit Flair und netten StrĂ€nden. Der Bus fĂ€hrt tagsĂŒber annehmbar hĂ€ufig. Der Strand in Laufweite hat die Aussicht auf die Staumauer des Kraftwerks, muss man mögen. ACHTUNG: Es gibt keinen Whirlpool (stand bei uns in der Buchung drin)

Bonnes Vacances de Toussaint Ă  la maison rouge

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cette maison pour les vacances de Toussaint. 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 ans et 18 mois. Le logement est assez spacieux (la piĂšce de vie notamment), trĂšs propre, et tout Ă©tait conforme Ă  l’annonce, rien ne manquait, il n’y a rien Ă  redire, c’était trĂšs bien ! Une petite attention Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, c’était trĂšs gentil ! L’ensemble est assez rĂ©cent et en trĂšs bon Ă©tat. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour visiter les alentours (l’aquarium, St Malo, Dinard, St Lunaire, St Jacut
.), et Ă  5 min de la plage proche du barrage. Le jardin clĂŽturĂ© permet de laisser les enfants jouer en sĂ©curitĂ©, et bien exposĂ©. Sur place il y a quelques jeux intĂ©rieurs ou extĂ©rieurs. Les propriĂ©taires nous avaient aussi mis Ă  disposition le lit bĂ©bĂ© et la chaise haute - parfait. Il y a mĂȘme une barriĂšre Ă  l’étage. Le seul bĂ©mol peut-ĂȘtre, est le supplĂ©ment eau / Ă©lectricitĂ©. C’est bien indiquĂ© sur l’annonce, mais quand on doit chauffer toute une maison en cette pĂ©riode et qu’au quotidien on vit en appartement, on n’a pas l’habitude et la note peut surprendre. A ne pas nĂ©gliger donc. Faire tourner le poĂȘle Ă  granulĂ©s serait sĂ»rement plus Ă©conomique pour tout le monde
 Mais sinon excellente location, Ă  recommander!

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans cette maison au calme (impasse) aux portes de Dinard (entrĂ©e d’agglomĂ©ration Ă  400m) Logement lumineux & Ă©quipĂ© conformĂ©ment Ă  la description. VĂ©hicule en sĂ©curitĂ©. Terrasse exposĂ©e plein sud pour profiter le midi, Ă  l’ombre en fin d’aprĂšs-midi/soir. Plage Ă  proximitĂ© (100m) avec vue sur le barrage EDF (mais baignade interdite), belle plage du PrieurĂ© situĂ©e plus loin ( 1.7 km = 25 min Ă  pied). Plage de l’écluse animĂ©e avec de nombreux commerces (>3km) St Lunaire, St Malo , GR, piscine de mer, mini golf , dĂ©gustation de crĂȘpes, visite du barrage, etc
 de quoi faire. PossibilitĂ© de se dĂ©placer qu’à pieds pour les bons marcheurs. Remise des clefs & Ă©tat des lieux avec les propriĂ©taires (arrivĂ©e/dĂ©part) A noter : -> Surprise gustative lors de l’arrivĂ©e. -> eau/elec Ă  la charge du locataire (suite abus antĂ©rieurs), l’information figure aprĂšs le versement de l’acompte. -> TempĂ©rature Ă©levĂ©e le soir dans les 2 chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage dĂšs que c’est ensoleillĂ©. -> Rangements nombreux Ă  l’étage, plus juste dans la chambre du rdc.

maison propre, bien équipée bien située dans un environnement calme.Proprietaire accueillante et sympathique. Temperature élevée le soir dans les 2 chambres à l'étage quand la journée est ensoleillée. Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un WC au RDC et pas à l'étage. Dommage que le tarif de la location ne comprenne pas un forfait eau/electricité minimum. Tout m3 et kwh utilisé est donc facturé en supplément. Cependant la location est tres agréable correspondant à sa description

Sehr schönes Haus, komplette Ausstattung, sehr ruhige Wohnlage, guter Startpunkt fĂŒr diverse AusflĂŒge. Die nĂ€chsten LĂ€den (BĂ€cker usw.) sind allerdings ca. 1 km entfernt. Die freundlichen Vermieter sprechen ausschließlich Französisch, was man beachten sollte.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette jolie maison rouge. La maison est trĂšs moderne, lumineuse et surtout parfaitement entretenue, trĂšs propre. Les propriĂ©taires sont charmants et trĂšs agrĂ©ables. A noter toutefois (nous Ă©tions passĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’info) que les draps sont en supplĂ©ment (16€ par lit), l’eau et l’électricitĂ© sont Ă  rajouter en plus et le mĂ©nage n’est pas compris dans le prix. Nous recommandons toutefois sans hĂ©sitation cette location.

Sehr komfortables Haus in exzellenter Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nur die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ließ stark zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Das Haus selbst hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
