Imprope pour un niveau covid :la terrasse pleine de toiles d'araignées, les coussins tous tachés je trouve ça insalubre,de la poussière sur les plinthes,tous les tapis sont très salles .Vaisselles à relavées,frigo évier propres,douche et lavabo propres mais les coins du sol laisse penser à des fuites d'eau .....

Sympa mais à rénover

Appartement sympa mais un peu loin de tout. Centre ville à 23 min à pied, plage à 23 min à pied. Il est conforme à l'annonce, mais mériterait une rénovation : rideau de douche, canapé, salon de terrasse.
