In the heart of the Vosges Saônoises, in a preserved and secluded setting, discover Gîte La Chapelle: this typical farmhouse, tastefully restored with respect for the stone and wood, welcomes you for an excellent stay. Magnificent views of the wooded landscapes and a small fountain.

Independent and secluded cottage.

Ground floor: entrance via the old cart shed, living room with pellet stove, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs: mezzanine living room with flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). 1 shower room and toilet. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer).

Utility room: children's games, foosball table, storage for bicycles, motorcycles, and strollers.

Heating: pellet stove (if used, consumption charged to the tenant at €7 per 15kg bag, price varies depending on availability) and electric convectors. Enclosed wooden terrace. Lawn, swing set, pétanque court.

Unfenced pond on the property: children must be supervised by their parents.

Fishing and swimming are not permitted.

Pets allowed, maximum 2 (contact the owner for vaccination records and breed information; depending on the size of the animal, the owner may refuse pets) (€8 per day per pet) + Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee (€60).

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €350 will be required for the rental.

€150 will be charged for pets (€300 for two).

Baby equipment: available upon request.

Utilities not included. Electricity consumption is charged at €0.28 per kWh after meter reading. Pellets are charged if the wood stove is used.

Beds are made free of charge upon arrival. Optional bath towels are available for €10 per person for stays of 1 to 7 nights.

In winter, depending on weather conditions, snow tires or chains are mandatory for our region. Ground floor access:

One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, access to the terrace, kitchen, living room, wood stove, relaxation area with chaise longue, armchair, and flat-screen TV.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Pets: €7.00 per day

- Towels: €7.45 per person per stay
