L'Augis de la Rincerie is a little treasure, it combines natural materials such as wood, stone, and earth, to offer you a relaxing stay. The rooms are large and bright with soft colors. Its 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms allow you to find yourself with 2 or 3 couples, with or without children.
The cottage is located on the edge of the Rincerie leisure center, beyond the wake-park. It is a protected natural site, ideal for observing nature. You can access the leisure center by a path and enjoy all its activities: swimming, fishing, cycling, swingolf, mini-golf, sailing, canoeing, pedal boating, children's games, and of course the wake park (or water ski lift).
The shops are 8km away, Craon or Ballots. A market almost every day in the surrounding villages. Restaurants, castle and aquatic center in Craon. For cycling, you can join the greenway that leads to Laval, and the Vélofrancette.
You will not miss the Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé-le-Vivien, with its monumental sculptures.
La Selle-Craonnaise is at the gateway to Anjou and Brittany (18km from La Guerche de Bretagne). The cottage is on one level with large living spaces.
Designed for people with reduced mobility, it offers comfortable facilities.
You enter through the living room, 55m² with equipped kitchen, lounge, TV, pellet stove, dining room. The wide corridor serves a separate toilet, a large shower room suitable for PRM: Italian shower, sink without vanity unit, shower stool, high toilet with grab bar and 3 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom of 14m² offers a 140*190cm bed, a closet space and baby equipment, the 2nd is composed of 3 single beds in 80*190, possibility of having 1 bed in 160*190, and the 3rd bedroom has its private shower room and two twin beds 160/190 or 2 beds of 80*190.
The living room opens onto the terrace and an unenclosed garden area: table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs.
Wifi Internet throughout the accommodation. Washing machine room, freezer.
Included: beds made on arrival - kitchen linen - electricity up to 8 kWh/day
Option: cleaning €65 per stay from 1 to 14 nights - bathroom linen €6/person - Bag of pellets (purchase cost) - Electricity on meter reading beyond 8kWh/day
