The apartment is located in a beautiful, perfectly maintained residence in the popular and residential area of Tamaris in La Seyne-sur-Mer and benefits from an excellent location due to its proximity to the sea and the most beautiful harbor in Europe as well than the seaside district very close to Les Sablettes. It is also an ideal place to explore the many riches of our metropolis Toulon Provence Mediterranean, an exceptional territory between sea and mountains with unspoiled nature; the charms of Provence, its villages and its terroir with its majestic vineyards and vineyards of the AOC Bandol; and take on the Iles d'Or as well as the most beautiful paradise beaches of the Mediterranean.

- The end of stay cleaning must be carried out by you and the apartment must be returned in perfect condition, as you found it on your arrival. Household equipment and cleaning products are provided.
- A deposit check, not cashed, of 800 Euros will be requested during the inventory of fixtures. This will be returned to you within 24 hours of your departure.
- A seasonal rental contract will be established.
- Compulsory resort extension home insurance.
