Built in 2017, this property features on the upper floor a bright living/dining room with TV opening onto a south/west-facing balcony, a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower, a separate toilet, one bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds and a pull-out bed, another bedroom with a 160 cm bed, plus a washing machine and dryer. The balcony offers outdoor seating, an electric barbecue/plancha, and an awning. Private parking is available.



The beach is 300 m away and shops are 100 m away.



The property is carefully prepared—please respect the space.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided as an option.



Even if you select the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and remove all rubbish and waste.



We remain available throughout your stay. Key collection is at the agency between 4 pm and 6 pm on your arrival day.



Other notes: Outside the high season (October to April), electricity is available for an extra charge according to actual consumption.



Parties are strictly forbidden.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and put out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.
