Confort moyen par rapport au prix de la location

Maison d'un confort moyen : salle de bain au rdc trĂšs Ă©troite, manque d'accessoires tels que tapis de bain, porte savon, torchons. Le garage est condamnĂ© et ne permet donc pas d'y garer sa voiture. De mĂȘme, il nest pas possible de se garer devant le garage (trop peu d'espace). Enfin, et ce qui est dommage en Ă©tĂ©, la terrasse donne sur une palissade.

Il y a du pour et du contre dans cette location, qui est proche des plages, bien Ă©quipĂ©e en ustensiles divers, et situĂ©e dans un endroit trĂšs calme. Pour les inconvĂ©nients , il faut citer une literie inconfortable ( matelas trĂšs durs) , une douche trĂšs petite, une cuisiniĂšre Ă  bout de souffle ( allumages piĂ©zos usĂ©s ). Ce sont des inconvĂ©nients qui peuvent ĂȘtre corrigĂ©s .Pour l'accĂšs aux commerces de trinitĂ©, une voiture est requise.

Déçue : rapport qualité prix moyen

Déçu par cette location. La photo qui est présentée sur l'annonce est trÚs avantageuse : la terrasse donne en fait sur une palissade. Le confort de la maison est en outre moyen. Le garage est fermé, donc pas possible d'y garer sa voiture.

Genau prĂŒfen

Eine sehr schöne Lage, wenn man ein Fahrrad oder Auto hat. es sei denn, man ist Wanderfreudig und lĂ€uft gern 3 Km zu einem CafĂ© oder zu einer Boulangerie etc. Das Objekt liegt am Rand von La TrinitĂ©-sur-mer. Sauber haben wir selber gemacht und das unter Covid 19 Bedingungen. Die Objektbetreuung ist sehr mangelhaft. MĂŒllentsorgung war nicht genau erklĂ€rt und man musste sich selbst um die Lösung kĂŒmmern. Die MĂŒlltonnen als Tipp: muss man zu nĂ€chsten Straße rollen. UnaufgerĂ€umt wirkt dieses an sich schöne Haus. Bilder kann man hier leider nicht zeigen.

Schönes Haus aber...

Es wĂ€re ein schönes Haus, wenn ordentlich gesĂ€ubert und aufgerĂ€umt wird. Nach einem Putzeinsatz war es zu ertragen. Das Haus liegt Ideal fĂŒr Wanderer, Fahrradfahrer und Autofahrer. Das Haus befindet sich nicht im Centrum des Ortes La TrinitĂ© sur mer. es gibt fĂŒr den Preis auch noch bessere Wohnlagen. Tourismusverband hat 3 Sterne vergeben fĂŒr die Möblierung. 1 Stern wĂ€re korrekt.

La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able, spacieuse avec tout le confort qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La terrasse derriĂšre est parfaite, au calme pour manger et se prĂ©lasser sur les transats. Le devant de la maison donne sur un grand champs avec des chevaux. TrĂšs sympa comme cadre de vacances.
