Situated directly on the shores of the idyllic Laaxer See and away from traffic, you can enjoy a fantastic view from every room. The ski slopes are only a few minutes away by bus. The bus stops directly in front of the house. The village store, the tourist office of Laax, a bakery and butcher's shop are within walking distance. There is also a playground with a rope slide and trampoline, an indoor swimming pool and spa with wellness area, swimming access to the lake, barbecue area, an ice rink in winter and a small children's ski slope - all within walking distance. Perfect for families all year round.The apartment is accessible by elevator without steps and is equipped with two bathrooms, each with WC. Both bathrooms have a shower or shower/bathtub. In the living room, a soft LED fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A TV with internet connection and a Sonos soundbar offer music and movie enjoyment.
