Schönes einfaches Haus

Das Haus ist gut gelegen, schnell zum Strand und wer surft kann auf dem Weg dahin gleich sein Board mieten. Lacanau hat einen schönen Strand und sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen, trinken und relaxen.

Cadre agréable mais logement à restaurer (salle de bains, wc, placard évier , canapé à changer avec ses tùches, literie HS grande chambre à changer (matelas pas confortable). Les volets ferment trÚs mal surtout dans le coin salon. Gros rafraßchissement à prévoir pour ce logement ! Il manque un lave linge .

Das Ferienhaus ist ein schlichtes aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸiges Holzhaus mit dem Charme der 60er Jahre. Es steht im Halbschatten unter großen Pinien. Die große Terrasse lĂ€dt zum Verweilen ein. Wir waren als Ehepaar da. FĂŒr vier Personen ist es sicher passend. Großgewachsene Personen haben möglicherweise Probleme mit den schmalen und kurzen, geschĂ€tzt auf 1,90m LĂ€nge, Betten. Sehr enge Dusche. Internetzugang ist im Preis nicht inbegriffen und muss ggf. dazugebucht werden.

Emplacement idéal au calme

Grand espace intérieur et extérieur. Le chalet est au calme et proche de la plage. Le canapé lit du salon n'est pas utilisable en couchage car trÚs inconfortable. On aurait apprécié plus que 2 chaises longues. Un lave linge serait apprécié aussi.

Le point fort est cette superbe terrasse dominante le reste vieillot est a renouveler sauf les nouveaux éléments de cuisine. Merci d'accueillir les animaux. Cordialement Richard

La location est bien située mais a besoin de rénovation. Cuisine et ustensiles trÚs basic. Plusieurs lampes ne fonctionaient pas.

Les extĂ©rieurs n'Ă©taient pas entretenu. On trouve un certain nombre d'appareil ( barbecue) sous la maison. Il y a un risque d'accident pour les enfants. Est ce le dĂ©but de la saison? la rĂ©solution sera peut ĂȘtre pris en compte dans les jours qui suive. Sur le balcon 2 chaises sur 6 sont cassĂ©es. L'intĂ©rieur est correcte. La salle de bain est a rafraichir ( Ă©clairage ainsi que le rideau de douche). L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre ville. Le plus de cette location est la possibilitĂ© de venir avec un animal de compagnie. Cette option devient de plus en plus rare.
