Spend your stay in Lacanau in this charming, spacious, and family-friendly house located 400m from the Ocean.



On its lower level, you will find a first sleeping area accompanied by a bathroom with an Italian shower, double washbasin, and separate toilet.

The large "Pine Cones" room is composed of 4 single beds and one double bed (or 6 single beds). Organized as a spacious dormitory, it has storage spaces.



Take the stairs to discover a vast, open living space, bathed in light and convivial, overlooking the outdoor terrace through large bay windows for beautiful moments of relaxation with family or friends.

This space consists of a welcoming and warm living room with sofa and armchairs, a decorative (unusable) fireplace separates this relaxation area from the dining space with a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, cooking plates, coffee maker...). This functional kitchen provides access to the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a second fridge.

On this same floor, you will find a parental area with an independent private shower room (Italian shower, double washbasin, luminous connected mirror with integrated Bluetooth speaker and storage), a dressing area, and then the parental suite, ocean bedroom, composed of a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress (two independent electric single beds). This large room opens onto large west-facing bay windows.



Still on this level, a corridor gives access to another sleeping area composed of:

- The "Foam" room with access to the side of the terrace, a dressing room, and a queen-size bed.

- The second "Mimosa" room giving access to the rear of the house, with a dressing room and a queen-size bed, as well as a baby bed and a changing table.

- A bathroom with bathtub, WC, and a single washbasin.



By taking the stairs to the last floor, the mezzanine has an office space and a small living room open to the living area.

Two bedrooms and a shower room complete the house as follows:

- "Dune" room with a queen-size bed and storage space.

- "Pinède" room composed of a queen-size bed and storage space.

- The shower room has storage and WC

The five rooms can be arranged with queen-size double beds or 2 separate single beds.



Outside, the charm of nature and tranquility meet for convivial, relaxing, or fun moments.



The vast west-facing terrace overlooking the garden has a dining table and a plancha, offering an ideal gathering place to share delicious meals with your loved ones.

It also has an outdoor lounge to lounge and relax. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good glass of wine, read a book, or simply enjoy the sunset.



For moments of fun and entertainment, simply go down a few steps to discover a carefully arranged play area offering a variety of playful activities, such as basketball, petanque, and ping-pong.

You will also find an outdoor shower to refresh yourself after your long sunny days.
