Belle villa surplombant le lac

Très bien située avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, la maison est très agréable et spacieuse. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Heisse Zeit in Lacanau

Wir waren in dem Haus in einer absoluten Hitzewelle. Bis zu 38°C. Aber durch den Pool war es sehr erträglich, auch wenn dieser dann bis zu 30° Grad warm war. Frühstück früh auf der Terasse mit Seeblick und den vorhandenen Schirmen war toll. Nach Lacanau Beach in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Toller Strand (nix für kleine Kinder!!! oder nur im Ebbebereich. Für die aber der See (Strand in 1,8 km) prima), in den Wellen toben. Und dann Mittags in dem Haus chillen, bis am Nachmittag Schatten am Pool war und ab in das "kühle" nass. Die Alarmanlage am Pool (!) nervt zwar etwas, aber der Pool war sauber und wurde viel genutzt. Die Betten waren okay. Wir waren nur zu fünft, daher konnten auch 3 Männer über 2 Meter in den Betten gut schlafen. Bei "normaler" Körpergröße kommen auch 8 bis 9 Personen gut unter. Stühle und Geschirr auch ausreichend vorhanden. Nur mit dem Kochgeschirr wird es bei 8 Personen ggfs. eng. Küche ist sonst gut ausgestattet. Eigene Messer, Schneidebrett mitbringen. Da ist nur Murks. Es fehlten Geschirrhandtücher und Kochlöffel. Und eine größere Salatschüssel wäre auch prima gewesen. Die 3 (!) Kühlschränke halfen bei der Hitze. Ansonsten sehr schöne und wirklich ruhige Lage des Hauses. Alles da. Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, passabler Grill (obacht: die "preiswerte" Kohle aus dem Supermarkt war nichts, hier lieber bessere Qualität besorgen), Sonnenschirme auch ein Strandschirm. Kein Fön. Die Gartenmöbel sind neu und schön. (nachdem zwei alte Gartensessel sicherheitshalber entfernt wurden) Sehr sauber (Endreinigung haben wir bezahlt). Sehr gute Verwaltung durch Bru Immobilien. Zusammengefasst: das Haus ist nicht ganz billig, bietet aber eine Menge. Gerade der Pool war in unseren zwei Wochen gold wert.

logement très bien placé avec une vue sur le lac incroyable (pour le rendre parfait il serait souhaitable de créer un système de ventilation pour éviter le phénomène de condensation, il serait aussi souhaitable de préciser que la piscine n'est pas chauffée et que le dôme le fermant n'est pas clos (l'eau est donc très froide)
