DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT AND INCLUSIONS
Aloberge B is the second of two floating units located directly on the Richelieu, at the Marina Rose Des Vents in Lacolle, in southern Quebec, 4 km from the New York and Vermont state borders and only 58 km from Montreal. . It is in the "ready-to-camp with electricity (30 amps) " category and dogs are welcome .
The floating platform measures 12 x 26 feet and is permanently attached to the dock.
The cabin measures 10 x 12 feet and includes:
-Two single benches with slatted bases, one of which can be extended into a double bed (sleeps 3, but the layout is ideal for 2)
-The following kitchen equipment: compact refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker with reusable k-cup, blender, basic dishes for 3 people, cast iron frying pan and/or wok for the barbecue, necessary for doing the dishes (ecological soap), dog bowl, side table (long foldable bench)
-A water dispenser with 3 gallons of well water.(Running water is available on the dock and hot water at the toilet block)
-Additional small appliances if needed (heater/fan and air cooler)
-Towels for 3 people and bath amenities (hairdryer, first aid kit, sample EcoTrail shampoo/shower gel)
-Bedding for 3 people (4 pillows, set of single and double sheets) BLANKETS NOT INCLUDED.
-Storage spaces (benches with drawers, small shelves)
- Windows that open on 4 sides (anti-uv polymer film)
The large 12' x 10' front terrace includes : 2 zero gravity lounge chairs; A table with extension and 2 chairs; An electric mosquito repellent
The rear balcony includes : Outdoor barbecue with integrated cooking plate, barbecue utensils and propane gas; Chest bench with two life jackets for adults

-Parking included (in the host fee) and room to store bicycles
-Toilets, sinks, showers, hot water available only at the sanitary block, less than a minute walk away (laundry room at the municipality's shopping center)
