Irwin Marine boats is just around the corner as well as Laconia Country Club. This bright 3-bed, 2-bath ranch is made for easy living, cozy nights, and good company. Close to Laconia Opera House and Lakeport!

We had such a great stay! The house was clean, comfy, and cozy. exactly what we were hoping for. We loved relaxing by the firepit and taking in the beautiful foliage from the deck. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, and we’d definitely stay again!
