This two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is located on the ground floor of a split-level home. It's the perfect place for a Weirs Beach escape and to explore the Lakes Region. As you enter through the sliding door, you'll find yourself in an open living space with room for up to four people to dine, a space to prepare family meals, and a comfortable seating area to kick up your feet and relax on the couches. Each bedroom features two twin beds that could be pushed together. Step out onto the patio and enjoy views of the lake and mountains in the distance, just beyond the boardwalk roofs.

Parking is available for two cars or up to four motorcycles in the drive way, there is also a gravel parking spot located in front of the unit. Please note that the driveway is shared with the owner. The owner does live upstairs to this unit.

Enjoy being in the heart of Weirs Beach within short walking distance to the boardwalk, arcades, nightlife/outdoor concerts, shopping and of course the beach.
Weirs Beach is an awesome place to bring the entire family for a Lakes Region summer vacation!
Weirs Beach does have fireworks on a regular basis on the weekends, enjoy the view from the home or just a short walk down the street. WALK TO EVERYTHING- see the mountains, train, beach, arcades, and live music.
