I already left a review on their site, but I would highly recommend the resort. There is also dining and a bar on the grounds which is very convenient too, and the food was excellent.

We reserved a room with a lake view but we are actually facing a noisy street. The room is old and dirty. You can feel the springs in the bed. We received one key that opens a community door but also our room. Therefore the other room beside us and technically get into our room. They have the same key. Unsafe. I asked questions about the coffee inside the room and the staff didn’t have answers and seemed put out with my questions. The heater made the room smell.

There’s a building across the street, strongly recommend not booking rooms in it, even though I got misled into thinking it was the waterfront rooms with balcony. They were kind enough to change our rooms to the ones on the beach, which is what I had originally booked. Nice clean property. Decent parking. Breakfast is not included, but they offer 15% discount at the restaurant - Blue Bistro. It was very good. Totally worth it. Enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.

We arrived and were given the hotel across the street. Parking was in the back and it was poorly lit. Also hotel on the Main Street so extra loud with cars going back and forth! The room was adequate with good amenities. There was a balcony to view the lake but we didn’t use it. We stayed one night and it was okay.

Attention all Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion concert goers - this is the perfect place to stay! Close to the venue and clean. Exactly as described. Plenty of parking across the street if you have a vehicle that is a little large for the spaces in directly in front of the rooms. The view is beautiful and we highly recommend two nights in order to take advantage of the property and lake itself. Will definitely book again for the next concert.

We stayed in an Inn View Rooms – Classic Comfort with Scenic Lake Views. The view was near impossible to see as the windows were filthy. The room was located right on the highway, and it was VERY noisy. The carpets were very worn, but the linens and towels were clean. Perhaps some of the other rooms are better.
