Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a queen-size bed each and the other with two twin-size beds. Large couch in the living room pulls out to a queen bed, as well. Access to all bedroom closets available to guests. The main full bathroom upstairs has walk-in shower, and the other guest bathroom upstairs has tub/shower. Half bathroom downstairs by kitchen. Laundry room upstairs with washer and dryer and complimentary detergent. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine to brighten your day! The driveway and carport can fit 2 vehicles, street parking is not available. Outdoor seating areas provide on both front and back porches of the home. All linens and sheets are provided.

Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner`s closet in the living room, kept locked.

In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.

By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines.

We live and work in Charleston--- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine will be charged to the card on file. For homes listed as pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. Restricted breeds are not permitted, and a pet fee of $180 per pet per reservation will be charged.

We hope all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.

If smoking is detected in the home there is at minimum a $250 deep cleaning fee charged to the guest`s reservation.

Pet Policy: No restricted breeds allowed.
