Sucked

Upon my arrival there was no one in the lobby to greet me. There was a sign stating be back assisting other guest. Finally when checking into my room the bath tub had some type of discoloration to it and felt gritty. Then to add to there was hot water didnt work in the bath tub but the sink was hot. Contacted the frojt desk after getting the run around then finally was able to switch room. 7am the next morning was awaken to loud banging to find out that the room was being repaired with no notice or anything.

Overall the room was just ok. The bathroom was horrible,dirty,tub greasy,water just trickle from tub and shower, toliet was barley bolted to floor and rocked when you sat on it.Bathroom door would not close. I would have expected condition to be way better for $200 a night, at least should have been able to take a proper shower. At check out, no one asked how are stay was.I stayed a quite a few Best Westerns, this one was a BW Plus and there was no plus here for sure

Property is dated. Pool did not look very clean, so we did not use it. The hot tub was out of order which was disappointing, as we drove out of our way to stay at a place that advertised a hot tub. Ice machine on second floor was out of order and the one on the first floor looked dirty. The hotel room itself was also not very clean. Would not recommend this hotel.

Overall the facility was very nice. The rooms were clean. I was there for 3 nights. The first night the people next door were blasting their TV even at 3am. The walls are very thin. The first day I did not require any housekeeping but on the second day I asked the housekeeper to come back but they never did. Slightly off putting but not a major issue.
