UPPER FLOOR:
A child safety gate is installed at the top of the stairs for added safety. This level features the bedrooms, both bathrooms, and two of the three balconies.

BEDROOMS
- 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed with large pillows and comfortable quality sheets and an ensuite bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with a double-sized bed with large pillows and comfortable quality sheets.
All bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioning unit for added comfort.

BATHROOMS
- 1 ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a large mirror and a toilet.
- 1 bathroom equipped with a shower, a large mirror and a toilet.
*PLEASE NOTE* The apartment is completely renovated, however the plumbing was built in 1991, so the shower drainage is a little slower. Please save water and help the environment - turn off the faucet while washing, so the water has time to drain.

LOWER FLOOR / ENTRANCE LEVEL
LIVING ROOM
- A cozy living room featuring a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa—perfect for reading a book or enjoying a refreshing drink while unwinding after a long day.
- Please note that the fireplace is not available for use. This room does not have air conditioning but is equipped with a heater for your comfort.

BALCONY:
- 2 balconies upstairs, each with access from one of the bedrooms. One of them has lounge furniture and a sunshade.
- 1 balcony with a bistro table and chairs, accessible from the living area located at the lower level.
- Enjoy the sea breeze in the sunny days and warm nights of the Algarve coast.

POOL
- A shared pool where you can cool off during the hot summer days.
