Our stylish, centrally located two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator. Enjoy being in the heart of the beautiful seaside village of Carvoeiro, having access to all the fantastic restaurants, ice cream shops and bars, right out your front door. Upon entrance to the apartment you will find a comfortable lounge area that has a sectional couch, large screen TV with a wide variety of channels, as well as Netflix and Amazon streaming for your enjoyment. The apartment sleeps four, has a fully stocked kitchen so you can prepare meals during your holiday stay.

The kitchen has space to cook your meals and is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Kitchen also has a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, four burner gas cooktop with electric oven and a washer/dryer combo. For your enjoyment there is a kettle, toaster, as well as the Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker that allows you to enjoy both hot and cold drinks, perfect for your morning cappuccino or an afternoon iced tea. Or if you prefer, you can make yourself a fresh coffee using the DeLonghi coffee machine. With many local supermarkets, as well as fresh produce and fish markets, this kitchen is perfect for your self catering holidays. Access to a small private balcony off the kitchen/dining area for your early morning coffee or afternoon drink is a perfect place to take a break.

Apartment has a dining room which seats six. Both bedrooms have king OR 2 single beds, access to second private balcony off from the bedrooms, ceiling fans & large closets. Master bathroom is en-suite with towel warmer and heated floors. Second bathroom is in the hall with towel warmer and heated floors. High speed WiFi, portable baby crib & table high chair is provided. Private parking in building. Four minute walk to the beach.

Apartment has A/C in both bedrooms & in living room. The beds can be configured to your group preference. Desk in lounge area for your laptop. You might think that the location of this apartment could be noisy with being in the center of it all, but actually our apartment sits in the back of the building and the noise level is slight. Even our guests comment on this fact!

All towels & linens are provided, plus beach towels and beach chairs are provided for each guest. Guests staying over 14 days receives one complementary cleaning. If additional cleaning is needed, this can be scheduled and paid directly to the property manager. Tour offices are minutes from the apartment if you would like to plan day trips. Fifteen minute walk to the Carvoeiro Boardwalk. Which is a lovely 600 meter walk along the cliffs. Enjoy taking fantastic photos & learning about the different flora & fauna along the way. Have fun shopping at the local craft shops, buy local wine or just enjoy people watching as you sit on the beach and soak up the wonderful sun of The Algarve. Faro airport is the nearest airport and is 40 minutes away. Guests can order a shuttle service from the airport to the apartment at an additional fee if guests do not have a car. Access instructions will be sent to guests prior to their arrival. Apartment is located in a secure apartment building with an elevator. Guests will also have access to one private parking space in the parking garage. Additional parking can be found on the street if needed.

Check-in is anytime after 3p.m. Check-out time is 11a.m. If checking in after 9p.m., please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum. Quiet time is between 10p.m. and 7a.m. No pets are allowed in the apartment. No smoking in the apartment, patio, floor hallway or lobby area. Tours can be arranged through the property manager at an additional fee. Bicycles can be rented through the property manager at an additional fee.
