Hotel is right next to the Dona Ana-beach and the hiking trail to Praia do Camilo-beach. The trail is absolutely stunning with the cliffs and islands. Family suite is nice, clean and spacious with 2 rooms and 4 double beds. Breakfast has lots of fruits selection. The only issue I had was with one of the lady at the front desk. She was not very friendly when I asked her about the restrooms in hotel public area.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Staff was very helpful upon arrival and provided excellent concierge services, from helping up book a speedboat tour to the Benagil caves, to making a dinner reservation for us at a nearby restaurant, to offering to allow us to continue using the facilities after our check out. Room was very nice, clean and spacious. The balcony was great with the towel rack, which came in handy after a day at the beach. Property is situated right in front of the Praia Dona Ana beach, which is a very picturesque beach. The restaurant upstairs is great - breakfast is delicious with many options and dinner was excellent! The hotel is close enough to the town center / Old Town to walk to. Surrounding area has a quiet and relaxed vibe. Overall loved my stay here and would definitely come back if I visit Lagos again.

Enjoyed my time here… loved the free morning breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. The hiking boardwalk cliff trails and the beach were only steps away from the hotel… definitely worth a return ttro!

Great location

The hotel is in a great location. It is a short 15 minute walk to downtown, and it is adjacent to a wonderful beach. The breakfast had nice selections and made a great start to each day. We got a parking spot each day when we needed it, but it could be an issue during busy times as it is not reserved for the hotel. Walking to downtown for dinner was a treat, but I'm happy we stayed outside of downtown as it is quieter and more relaxed. I would suggest getting an Uber or Bolt for the ride back to the hotel at night.

All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Perfect location for those who prefer a quiet area and don’t mind walking 10-20 min to other restaurants and the city centre.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The view from our room was breathtaking. Prime location for beaches, and a short walk into the downtown area. Very close to a beautiful beach boardwalk. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Luca’s rooftop was delicious for dinner! Pool was lovely. Would stay here again!

Hotel was lovely, great included breakfast and pool snack bar. Pool area was lovely but quite windy. Room was nice, but small and some areas a little dated (washroom mirror needed to be replaced). Located right next to the beach and lengthy boardwalk over the cliffs for an amazing location. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The rooftop restaurant was excellent as were the inclusive breakfasts. A big shout out to our favourite waiter Pavlo, who made our experience very memorable. Always a smile on his face whether on the morning or evening shift.

Disappointed

Parts of the hotel were worn down, Hotel restaurant and pool bar are not connected when it comes to communications pool bar was nice but you had to go upstairs to get stuff rather than just order it from your room. No pool cues for the pool table, no ice for the room, it seemed like anytime we asked the front desk or something they couldn’t really help us or perhaps were too lazy to care -not sure. I think once it used to be a really nice place but right now it’s under poor management and they’re not reinvesting profit back into the property. Many areas were rundown certainly not five star. I’d give it maybe three stars.

We were pleased with the location of the hotel - easy access to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was phenomenal - everything you could want. We weren’t that pleased with Luca’s restaurant. For the price is was about a 4 on a scale of 1-10.
