The place needs a lot off renovating. (But the positive is they are busy with it) The most staff is very friendly and greeting you with a smile. But some have a bad mood every day. Yes im a realist al values has a price. All togheter i would say a 6 out off 10

I checked out 3 days early because of how terrible my stay was…leaky bathroom, broken balcony lock, staff bothering you at inconvenient hours…+ I did not get a refund.

The room was dirty with a design on the toilet seat which looked like feces splatter. We had to ask for daily cleaning of the room. There was noise of construction starting at 6:30a.m in the mornings. (The staff were friendly thats the only good part of our staying)

Some things didn’t work and restaurant was good but incredibly slow. Staff very friendly. Great shower, but hot water was not always available. A bit of bad smells from plumbing. Decent value.

The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were amazing. The food was great. My only complaint is the musty smell as if the room had not been used in a while. The AC kept us comfortable. The food and room service was great! I will definitely stay here again.
