The stay was overall okay. The host was very friendly, very responsive, and made sure everything was in order. The property mostly matches the description. A major downside is the lack of air conditioning and, especially, the absence of insect screens on the windows. In the evenings, when it is warm, windows cannot be opened without letting mosquitoes inside.The beds are mediocre, some very thin, and the hygiene is questionable. The house has a musty smell, which also affects the mattresses. Many technical items were defective or partially usable: pool lighting only partially working, lamps, pool net, outdoor lawn lights, kitchen appliances such as the oven, washbasin, and shower head. Positives include the new dishwasher and washing machine, as well as reliable Wi-Fi.The furnishing is a mix of older elements and new IKEA furniture. In some closets, old mold may be the cause of the musty smell. The kitchen shows wear, e.g., peeling adhesive films and could use a thorough deep cleaning. Overall, the property is reasonably priced for the high season but with some drawbacks.
