Hotel was ok for the price. Not fancy, but ok. Shower water pressure did not work. Took longer than usual showering. I will book this hotel again, However I will ask for a room with good shower water pressure.

The whole property smelled like bug spray, specially in the lobby the smell was overwhelming. The carpet in the hallways were stained and musty, in one area smell like dog urine. The rooms are extremely cramped, the "sofa bed" is closer to a love seat and the upholstery looked stained and grimy. We could not even stay the night, had to find another hotel. Avoid this place.

Bugs in Bed – Terrible Experience I stayed at Sonesta Select Laguna Hills on July 5, 2025. Around 1 AM, I woke up to bugs crawling all over the bed. I was shocked and disgusted. I took photos and videos and told the front desk right away. They moved me to a different room and asked me to fill out a form. I waited over a week and finally heard back. They said their pest control found “no insects.” No report was shown to me. They gave me a $50 gift card and waived the night, but that doesn’t change what happened. This was a really upsetting experience. The way they handled it made it worse. I would not stay here again.
