This place was absolutely amazing! The location was fantasic, the view was beautiful and the two bedroom villa far exceeded my expectations! I will be back and I know exactly where I want to stay!

The room E301 where we were staying while comfortable has zero view (a hedge next to the busy highway) and is surrounded by rat traps. Not a good sign. The person who we spoke to over the phone when checking in kept telling us an incorrect way to open the safe which resulted in getting a maintenance guy over to solve the issue. Please tell her that you turn the knob to the right not the left after putting in the code!!

Great location, right across from the ocean. Friendly staff. Nice room overall. The back bedroom was a little warm even though they had a ceiling fan. The bed mattress was super firm was not as comfortable as I would have liked. The bathtub and the kitchen sink had some mold and needed better cleaning. It had a nice living room with nice furniture and included a washer and dryer in the unit which I did not use. The pool and hot tub area was clean and nice.

Great location. Stay away from condos close to the road because it gets noisy. WiFi and washing machine was fixed fairly quickly. Nice pool and tennis/pickel court.

The area around the place was very nice, but hotel services wasn’t good at all. It was very hard to reach out to customer service, I try calling many times and wasn’t lucky. There is no front desk you have to go outside and grab a red phone that was hanging on a wall to contact customer service. Also there were roaches in the place they gave us, that’s very unsanitary and disgusting. I sent them a message about it and I never got a response.

Our family loved everything about Kahana Villas. Just wow! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it provided ample space for a family of 5. Our room was in the perfect location 201F. Walked right up to the door and the path went almost straight to the pool/hot tub. Gorgeous place to relax in the evening. We used the BBQ grill a few night. Pleasant experience. Only bad thing I can speak about is the roaches. I saw a couple in the sink but my kids noticed them on the trash area.
