You will rest in our spacious unit for up to 8 guests and features 2 bedrooms, each with inverter A/C and two full beds with memory foam toppers and fresh sheets and pillows. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and eating breakfast in the morning at the dining set. For your convenience it has two full bathrooms, supply with towels and all the essential toiletry soap/shampoo/conditioner, hot water, hair blower and iron/iron board. At night relax in the living with Smart TV and streaming apps, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the complex or relax outside after a memorable long time in the water.

Located on the first floor of a private complex. There's gated parking for cars and small watercraft, plus 24-hour camera surveillance for your peace of mind. Self-check-in is available, and our local host is ready to assist you 24/7 via phone or text. Trained pets are welcome with a small fee, while trained service dogs stay free of charge. Parties and camping are not allowed.

There are other breath-taking beaches minutes away such as Playa Sucia, El Combate, Boqueron, Playa Santa, Caña Gorda and many others. You can also take a short 30 minute drive to Puerto Rican key landmarks such as the Cabo Rojo lighthouse, Bosque Seco de Guanica, or Cambalache.

For your convenience, a mini-market is next door, and bakery, and a gas station are at walking distance. A nearby pharmacy is 5 minutes away by car. Shopping center and malls are 30 to 45 minutes by car in various directions. There are nearby recreational areas such as basketball courts and play grounds. If you don’t have a speaker, there is no worry because the native birds play beautiful relaxing songs that you can enjoy.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave clean all cups, and cafeteria pot. Place the garbage bags in the containers outside.
Leave the used towels and bed sheet on top of the used beds. Verify that no items are left behind, since we are not responsible once you checkout the unit.
Turn off the A/C unit. Ensure all stove gas knobs are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
