Not good. 1. Parking in the property is not guaranteed. Once it is full they do not stay with the key. 2. The service in the restaurant is extremely bad. The coffee is horrible and once the self-service coffee station runs out, it takes forever to refill it. It took around 45 minutes for my server to realize that our order was forgotten by the kitchen. Only after we let her know. Needless to say, we cancelled it. 3. Rooms are pretty old without trashcans in the living are. Only in the bathrooms. 4. The condition of the general areas are all right but it they obviously do not know what a a gem they have, They definitively need full renovations and new management. The hotel in front (too bad is for adults-only) is awesome. Restaurant, common areas, and pools are extremely nice!

The people that work there are very friendly! The beds and pillows are comfortable! The hotel is older and out dated. The rooms are very plain, no microwave and no coffee maker, only one small trash can in the bathroom. The steps to go up the second floor are rotting a little. The restaurant and pool bar are limited hours. Hotel was not busy Sunday to Wednesday. Got very full Thursday to Saturday. Close to a bunch of bars, restaurants and some stores.
