Or choose adventure by enjoying a recreational complex, golf course, Clubhouse, tennis, 2 sand beaches, 2 heated outdoor pools, marina with canoe/boat rentals, fitness center, mini golf, art center, ski lift and lodge, and even a tubing run!

- THE SPACE -
Walk through the door and leave your worries and shoes at the door. This recently renovated home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, a laundry room, and plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower-level living area features leather couches, an HDTV that sits above an electric fireplace for added ambiance, and a handmade vintage bar space where you can mix up any cocktail of your choosing. Bar is equipped with wine glasses, pint glasses, cocktail glasses, koozies, and a large freezer to store your ice.

Off the lower-level living space, walk through a large barn door to find the first of 3 queen bedrooms, which includes a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick.

Lower level also features a large bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower head, and a laundry room with washer/dryer.

MAIN LEVEL
Walk upstairs to the main level and be met with recently installed handcrafted farmhouse flooring sourced from rural upstate New York.

Kitchen is stocked with all that you’ll need to make delicious meals at home, including dishware/flatware, Keurig coffee machine, Mr. Coffee machine, toaster oven, toaster, knife block, pots/pans, serveware, blender, etc. Handcrafted dining table comfortably seats 10 people.

Living area with soaring cathedral ceilings, comfortable couch and rocking chairs, woodburning fireplace, Samsung Frame TV, record player, bluetooth speakers, and games to help pass the time.

Next to the living area is a full bathroom and the second queen bedroom including a vintage vanity.

UPPER LEVEL
Make your way to the top level where you’ll find the third queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and open closet with a dresser and Gucci-inspired luggage racks.

EXTERIOR
Off the main living area is the front deck with a gas propane grill, dining table with benches, and a bistro set.

The backyard includes a fire pit/solo stove with Adirondack chairs, and a charcoal grill (BYO charcoal).

- GUEST ACCESS -

*The Hideout is a 24/7 security community with a gated entrance. When you arrive, you will first need to check-in at the main gate where you will receive your rental packet and instructions for how to get to the home.

*The home features smart lock entrances to both the downstairs and upstairs doors.

*5 min drive to Hideout Main Beach & Pool

*2 min drive to Hideout North Beach

*6 min walk to Roamingwood Park

- OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE -

GENERAL:
*A Short Term Rental Agreement will need to be completed and submitted to the Hideout no later than 3 days prior to your arrival. Failure to send back this form will result in rental packet not being issued by the Community and a $100 late submission fee, which you will be responsible for funding.

*Bed linens and bath towels are provided. BYO beach towels.

HOUSE RULES:
*The community is a place where many travel to escape and seek a quiet and relaxed environment. Please respect those around you and refrain from loud and disruptive noise.

*3-4 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Any additional cards parked without permission could result in a fine from the community. Street parking not permitted.

*No smoking please

*Lower-level bathroom has a macerating toilet system and cannot handle anything except for toilet paper. Thanks in advance for only flushing toilet paper!

SECURITY:
*For your safety, this property includes a Ring doorbell with an exterior security camera facing the front of the property, a Ring security camera on the upper deck monitoring the side door and sliding glass doors, and a Ring security camera in the backyard. There are absolutely NO cameras inside the property.

POOLS & BEACHES:
*Open Memorial Day through Labor Day

SKI HILL:
*The Ski hill operates based on weather conditions. Please message me if you plan to use this feature so that we can ensure you have the latest information.
*Rental shop has skis and snowboards for rent.
